Terms & Conditions

Orders

Candle Cash delivers to UK customers only.

A customer shall be registered as a charity, association or other organization acceptable to Candle Cash.

An individual placing an order represents that they have the authority to place the order on behalf of the customer.

Candle Cash reserves the right to limit an order size.

Unpaid orders shall be paid for prior to repeat orders being processed.

Delivery

To make your fundraising as easy as possible, Candle Cash is pleased to provide free delivery.

Delivery is made in well protected transport boxes containing six-packs of candles that look like this. Candle Cash customers usually order one six-pack of candles per person participating in the candle sales fundraising.

Delivery takes place via courier as soon as possible after ordering, Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays), usually 1-2 weeks after ordering, depending on demand.

Returns

While we are sure you will love our candles and will easily be able to sell them all, Candle Cash is happy to offer a 28-day free returns policy.

Simply email a return request to us at info@candlecash.co.uk no more than 28 days after delivery, stating your order number and the number of candles that you wish to return. Candle Cash will arrange a courier collection at the delivery address.

All returns must be undamaged, in a resalable condition and protected from transport damage. You then have a further 7 days to return the candles to us. Returned candles shall be protected from damage in the boxes in which they were delivered.

Upon receipt of your return, Candle Cash will refund your postage cost by issuing an amended invoice.

Payment

Candle Cash will send you an invoice for delivered candles (adjusted for any returns) which is due for payment 28 days after delivery.
